Rules applicable to a gift voucher
- Gift voucher will be valid in 7 days after the purchase.
- Gift voucher is valid for 6 months
- The gift voucher can be used in any of the units of Aqva Hotel & Spa during the period of validity.
- The gift voucher is not exchangable for cash.
- In case the cost of the selected services is less than the value of the voucher, the unused value will be forfeited.
- The voucher that has expired cannot be used for settlements.
- Damaged or lost gift vouchers are not exchangable for a new card.
